Who doesn't love a deliciously cooked steak? This marinated flank steak is a real crowd pleaser and if you are trying to get the whole family to eat the same meal, this usually does the trick! Just remember to adjust the recipe if you're cooking for more people!
For best results, marinate the meat for several hours in advance and leave it out at room temperature.
**Note that flank steak is usually grilled. Grilling is ok once in a while, but there are many undesirable chemicals that come with it. A healthier alternative is to sear and bake the flank steak instead.
